Our team delivers Liquid Aeration which requires little to no prep-work for the homeowner. With mechanical core aeration, it helps if the lawn is mowed shorter than normal prior to aeration and seeding. This allows for better seed to soil contact and allows you to wait 2-3 weeks before then next mow. That way you can irrigate daily to get the best germination.
With daily irrigation after seeding, stay off the lawn as much as possible for 2-3 weeks.
