Certified Turfgrass Specialist
Certified Turfgrass Specialist
You'll run your own route across Middle Tennessee, delivering fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding to residential and commercial properties. You're the face of Pure Turf on every lawn you touch.
What you'll do
- Apply fertilizer, pre- and post-emergent herbicides, and fungicide according to the treatment calendar
- Perform core and liquid aeration and overseeding
- Diagnose turf issues in the field — disease, insects, irrigation problems — and recommend solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about their lawn's progress and next steps
- Maintain accurate records and manage your daily route
What we're looking for
- TDA Category 3 Certification (or willingness to earn it within 90 days — we'll help)
- Experience with turf management, lawn care, or landscaping preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
What you get
- Starting salary of $50,000+
- Monday–Friday schedule, roughly 35–40 hours

Sales
Sales
You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring Pure Turf's lawn care programs. This is consultative selling — understanding the property, explaining what we do and why it works, and helping people make a confident decision.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound leads — calls, form submissions, and referrals
- Conduct property assessments and build custom proposals
- Walk homeowners through our programs, pricing, and what to expect
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline
- Represent Pure Turf at community events and partner activations
What we're looking for
- Sales experience — lawn care or home services industry is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong communicator who listens before they pitch
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the customer
