David is originally from Tuscaloosa, AL and moved to Nashville in 2001 to play baseball for Lipscomb University.
After graduating and spending a short time in banking, he was ready to fulfill a lifelong dream of starting a business. His appreciation for high-quality turf, shaped by years on the baseball field and his love for golf, led him to start Pure Turf in 2007. Growing Pure Turf into a trusted and recognizable brand has been both a passion and a mission for David. He is dedicated to delivering industry-leading service while also evolving as a leader and supporting the professional growth of his team. When he's not in the office, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or enjoying the outdoors with his family. He and his wife, Paige, are blessed with two great kids, Charlotte and Foster.

Ronnie is a veteran executive in the lawn care industry.
He started his career in 2006 treating lawns, trees, and shrubs throughout middle Tennessee. He went on to manage a lawn care company and was brought to Pure Turf to help design and implement the best services possible. When he’s not better serving you, he’s spending time with his wife, Jodie, and sons, Luke and Thomas.

Kurt brings a unique blend of expertise, combining a deep background in turf management with his CPA license, offering a fresh perspective to our team. When he’s not driving growth and building exceptional turf programs, Kurt enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.

Sean comes to us from the golf course industry,
where he found his passion for working in turf, as an Assistant Superintendent in Training. He moved to Nashville in 2012 from Arizona to play on the mens golf team at Belmont University. Away from work, Sean enjoys spending time with his Wife Lexie, playing golf, and coaching high school football.

Stuart is a Nashville native but mostly raised in Knoxville, TN.
He ran track for the University of Tennessee and graduated in 2014. He’s been in the lawn care industry since 2015 and really enjoys seeing the positive results from his work. Away from the office he’s usually in the gym, hanging out with family, or at a sporting event cheering on the Vols, Preds, or Titans.

Ashley is a Nashville native. She attended Auburn University and graduated in 2007.
She is a big football fan and an avid reader. When she’s not handling all things administrative for Pure Turf, she’s either reading a good book or spending time with her husband, Drew, and their dog, Roxy.

Nicole is a Murfreesboro local and proud mom of three. She brings warmth, organization, and steady care to the Pure Turf team, helping keep communication smooth and customers well supported. Nicole takes pride in creating a great experience for every homeowner we serve. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Vanderbilt football and Braves baseball with her family.

Chris, a middle TN native, has been working in the lawn care industry since 2017.
He takes great pride in witnessing the transformation of lawns into beautiful, plush outdoor living spaces. When he's not busy tending to lawns, Chris likes to spend quality time with his family, which includes his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Fiona, as well as their three dogs. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys playing golf.

Wyatt is originally from Collierville, TN and moved to Nashville in January of 2022 after graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a major in soil science.
He entered the lawn care industry beginning in February of 2022 and gained valuable turf management experience in both Nashville and Chattanooga. Prior to moving to Nashville, he worked in the golf course industry and gained experience in chemical sales.In his spare time, Wyatt loves anything outdoors, enjoys staying active, and practices his Christian faith.

Daniel grew up on an apple orchard in Tennessee and brings over eight years of hands-on landscape experience to the team. He has cared for everything from large HOAs and professional soccer fields to luxury commercial properties. Daniel takes pride in doing things the right way and delivering consistent, high-quality results. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, home renovation projects, and a good season of fantasy football.

A Manchester, TN native, Trae grew up at the golf course, watering greens in the summer, keeping the Bent grass greens cool.
He graduated from Middle TN State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science and entered the lawn care business in 2016. He shares a mutual vision with the customer to meet and exceed expectations, making their lawns beautiful for their family to enjoy. In his off time, he enjoys being with his kids, Ava and Trent. He also loves fox hunting, swimming and working on the farm.

When she’s not overseeing company culture (or napping on the job), Millie can be found chasing squirrels, taste-testing treats, or rolling around on the lush, green lawns she proudly represents. Her leadership style? Equal parts charm, playfulness, and an unwavering commitment to keeping things paws-itively fun around here. If you see Millie on the job, be sure to say hello—just don’t be surprised if she asks for a snack first.
