2024 Program Improvements

For those of you on our Standard program in 2023 there are big changes. We’ve decided to eliminate this program completely.

Why did we do that? 2 reasons.

• The first reason is we’ve seen a massive difference in quality vs. our premium and elite programs from May-September. The standard program did not include fungicide applications and we saw quite a few lawns get decimated by disease last summer. Even lawns with mild to moderate disease pressure dealt with more weeds due to the thinning turf canopy caused by disease.
• The second reason is that over the past 2 years we have been developing a new 5 visit program called our basic program. This program was originally developed specifically for our commercial vendors because these clients typically limit our access to their properties to only 5 X per year. Over the last 2 years we’ve successfully treated 100’s of acres on this program and found that the results of this new program matched the results from our standard program.

If you choose not to prepay we’ve simplified our pricing. No longer will you see itemized charges for fungicide applications or Elite applications…where your monthly costs could vary greatly depending on the time of year. Nor will you see any double charges like prior years when we did rounds 3&4 on the same day.

There will be 7 scheduled property visits, the same amount as last year… and 7 identical charges. So while the “per application” price will be higher, it’s because the fungicides, insect prevention and or elite fertilization costs are built in, not itemized.

Firstly, if you are currently on our premium or elite program, there are a couple additions that I’m excited to share with you. Both of these programs did excellent in 2023 across the board and we are very proud of those services. If you prepay for either of these programs this year your pricing will be the same as your 2023 prepay price.

It was important to us to add even more value to these 2 programs. So we added 3 things, all of which are included at no additional cost.

• Disease free guarantee - If you have active disease at any point during the year we’ll do additional fungicide applications at no charge.
• Insect damage guarantee - If your lawn suffers insect damage at any time we’ll apply an additional insect control at no charge.
• An annual August client meeting - This is our favorite addition to these programs…. This optional meeting will be available for you to schedule with us to discuss you lawn in detail, in person each and every August. This way we can better get to know you and what your priorities are when it comes to your lawn. And if there is anything we can do to improve your lawn while we are there (specialty weed control, fungicide, etc) we’ll do it. For free.

We highly recommend moving up to our Premium or Elite programs because of the way they perform during the summer months when you are outside enjoying your lawn. BUT, if you were completely satisfied with the results you were receiving on the Standard Program, we invite you to join our Basic Program. The Basic program is prepay only! So you’ll need to enroll by 1/31/24 in order to get on that program for this year. Please email us at info@pureturfllc.com to enroll. If you do not choose to enroll in the Basic program you’ll be automatically upgraded to our Premium program.

In the end, no matter what you choose, everyone wins! You either save money with our Basic program and get the same results you’ve been getting…or you get a substantial upgrade in quality and value all summer long with our Premium or Elite programs.
